All Users
Use of the bathrooms, day yards, round yard and wash bay for an organised group with an exclusive booking – $100 per day
Camping – $25 per night (this fee is required to be paid directly to the showgrounds camping office)
Norris House catering facilities – availability dependent – POA
- All instructors must be able to supply a valid Public Liability Certificate of Currency.
- If an individual is being coached in the indoor arena, and neither the individual or the instructor has a membership then an hourly rate of $30 for the use of the arena will apply.
- No refunds for cancellations made with less than five days notice.
- Members may also make a SHARED BOOKING. There is no fee for this – it is more of a ‘courtesy booking’. It does not give you exclusive use of the arena (other members may ride at the same time) but it does advise other riders that the arena will be in use so they can choose a different time to ride if they prefer. Members are advised to check the calendar for any bookings prior to arriving at the arena.
