The Indoor Arena
TO HIRE THE INDOOR ARENA, THE RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Membership fees from the 1st January valid for one calendar year.
Single – $145
Family (2 Adults plus children under 18 yrs) – $175
Use of Arena Lights (optional additional annual fee) – $60 (the code to the light box will be provided once fee is paid – please remember to turn the lights off when you leave)
Arena & Facilities Hire
For an organised group of 5 or more riders/horses, an exclusive booking must be made
Fees for MEGS Members
Shared use of arena – unlimited use is included in the membership fee
Exclusive hire of arena – $10 per hour
Exclusive hire of the arena – $110 per day
Non MEGS Members
Exclusive hire of the arena – $330 per day

Camping – $30 per night
Yards – $10 per day/night

Booking Rules
- All instructors must be able to supply a valid Public Liability Certificate of Currency.
- If an individual is being coached in the indoor arena, and neither the individual or the instructor has a membership then an hourly rate of $30 for the use of the arena will apply.
- No refunds for cancellations made with less than five days notice.
- Members may also make a SHARED BOOKING. There is no fee for this – it is more of a ‘courtesy booking’. It does not give you exclusive use of the arena (other members may ride at the same time) but it does advise other riders that the arena will be in use so they can choose a different time to ride if they prefer. Members are advised to check the calendar for any bookings prior to arriving at the arena.
