HOW TO BOOK THE ARENA

TO HIRE THE INDOOR ARENA, THE RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS –
Hire charges valid until December 31st 2017
  • Unless the arena is to be used for jumping or a clinic which really needs all of the space, then only half of the arena may be hired at anyone time. This is to allow paying members to continue using the facility.
  • The arena maybe hired to non members for exclusive use, at a rate of $30 per hour.
  • Non members may join megs for a day and use the arena in a shared situation for $15.
  • For non members, exclusive use of the arena all day (9 to5) is $330.
  • For members, exclusive use of the arena all day (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) the rate  is $110.00 per day.
  • Members will pay $10 per hour for a booking for exclusive use of the arena.
  • Instructors wishing to hold classes will be required to be members of MEGs.
  • All instructors must be able to supply a valid Public Liability Certificate of Currency.
  • If an individual has NOT paid the annual fee and is being coached in the indoor arena, then the hourly rate of $30 for the use of the arena, will apply.
  • No refunds for cancellations made with less than seven days notice.
  • INDOOR LIGHTING. A fee of $50 per year is payable by those members wishing to use the lights. The code to the light box will then be provided.
  • Members may also make a SHARED BOOKING. There is no fee for this – it is more of a ‘courtesy booking’! It does not give you exclusive use of the arena (other members may ride at the same time) but it does advise other riders that the arena will be in use so they can choose a different time to ride if they prefer. It is particularly appropriate to make this type of booking if you intend to set up an arena or jumps or if a group of you will be riding together. Members are advised to check daily for shared bookings. If one has been made exercise courtesy towards those who have made the booking.

    Hallo, I had the arena booked for the 19th – 21st April for a show jumping clinic but unfortunately we had to cancel as we did not get the numbers we need for that weekend.
    Thank you again and hopefully we can organise another date later in the year.
